Industrial Engineering

Static Process Equipment and Structures HMEC provides comprehensive solutions for designing, fabricating, and installing static process equipment. Our expertise includes manufacturing components like boilers and heat exchangers, which adhere to standards like IBR, TEMA, and ASME. We also specialize in storage tanks and silos, which are fabricated according to API standards. Furthermore, we handle the design, fabrication, and installation of industrial steel structures, including PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures

Piping and Pipelines HMEC's services cover the full lifecycle of piping systems, from fabrication to installation. We handle both process and utility piping networks, as well as large-scale cross-country pipelines. Our team has the expertise to install these piping systems across various industrial sectors.

Shipbuilding & Repair

Hull Fabrication & Outfitting We are an IRS-approved shipyard. Our services include the fabrication and installation of hull structures, decks, tanks, and cargo holds. We also install outfitting components like sea chests, propeller nozzles, and handrails.

Marine Systems & Repair We specialize in the installation of various marine piping systems , including those for seawater, freshwater, steam, fuel oil, and ballast. We also provide repair services for main and auxiliary boilers, condensers, and heat exchangers.

Steel Trading We supply a range of high-quality steel, including CS Coils, Carbon Steel Plates, Stainless Steel Plates, Chequered Plates, Aluminum Alloys, and Copper Alloys.

Paints and Coatings We are the sole distributor of Jotun Paints in the Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts, catering to the regional trading sector.
